Should smaller farms be inspected on safety standards?

OSHA will not inspect farms with fewer than 10 employees. In an effort to crack down on fatalities related to grain bin hazards. Members of Congress took interest after farms accused OSHA of sending inspectors to farms with fewer than 10 full-time equivalent workers. The Occupational Safety and Health Act forbids the agency from inspecting such small employers.
